Job Description
Qualification / Experience :
- Bachelor of Master degree in related discipline
- 12 - 15 years experience in managed different projects in Avionics /Transportation / Energy related projects
- Experience of preparation of technical proposals, bids, estimating schedules, commitments etc.
- Experience of leading transnational engagements, customer management, work breakdown structures, cost breakdown project methodology, quality systems and procedures
- Strong communication skills and leadership qualities
Basic Functions:
- The person should be experienced to management of key client projects and delivering them by the time within budget and scope.
- Should be responsible for new acquisitions, coordination, implementation, execution, control and complexion.
- Should leverage vast relationships in order to create new direct sale opportunities for alten on different on different business segments.
Position Accountabilities:
- Ability to manage and guide multiple teams and projects.
- Ability to perform risk management to minimize risks and quickly acquire knowledge of various avionics systems and develop systems engineering practice for the verticals.
- Provide strong leadership and maintain strong relationships with customer forecast and track the key account opportunities.
- Provide pre and post sales support for the new projects.
- Experience of work on transportation and energy related projects is a big benefit.
- The person should be able to establish project planning in conjunction with work package deliveries and customer requirements.
- Ability to work with core members across the company to receive skilled resources for the given tasks, should be able to recognize necessary resources to execute the project planning, able to create and maintain comprehensive project documentation and devise plans to improve contact margin and proposals.
